Shielding cover
Introduction:
The shielding cover is a metal shielding cover currently used by the electronics and communications industries to shield the signal interference of electromagnetic waves. It is often processed by cold stamping dies. The structure is a shielding cover structure with various degrees of bending and stretching. The flatness requirement is high. The raw materials are mainly white copper, stainless steel, and tinplate. The commonly used surface treatments are cleaning, rust removal, electroplating, painting, etc. The product has insulation and heat dissipation properties.
Product process flow:
1. Raw materials - surface printing Black Coating - stamping and stretching - inner surface requires to be covered with Thermal Grease
2. Raw materials - stamping and bending - cleaning
